Job Summary
We are seeking a Solar Panel Mount Technician to focus on the physical installation of solar panel mounting structures and panels. This role is perfect for someone with construction or mechanical experience who enjoys hands-on work. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our solar systems are securely and precisely installed, working alongside a skilled team—no electrical expertise needed, but it would be a bonus!

Assemble, install, and secure solar panel mounting systems (e.g., racking, frames, and supports) on rooftops, ground mounts, or other structures.
Position and attach solar panels to mounting systems with precision and care.
Perform site preparation tasks, such as measuring, leveling, and anchoring mounting structures.
Use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, wrenches, saws) to complete installations.
Inspect and ensure mounts and panels are aligned, stable, and meet design specifications.
Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Follow safety protocols, including proper use of ladders, harnesses, and protective gear.

Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
No electrical experience necessary—focus is on mechanical and structural tasks.
Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor weather conditions.
Physically able to lift up to 35Kg and handle repetitive tasks.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
Team player with good communication skills.
Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Software Development, Computer Networking, and/or Computer Hardware is a bonus.

Carry and organize tools, materials, and supplies at job sites.
Help perform basic electrical and mechanical tasks under supervision (e.g., wiring, mounting panels).
Conduct site preparation, including measuring, marking, and cleaning work areas.
Support troubleshooting and maintenance efforts as directed by the Solar Technician.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and job site activities.

Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is a plus.
